Relaxation Massage –
Relaxation massage improves the circulation of the blood throughout the body, thus improving the supply of oxygen and nutrients to all cells, tissues, and organs. It helps to remove metabolic wastes from the body and can be beneficial in decreasing blood pressure.

Remedial Massage –
Consists of a variant of modalities or specific techniques to aid in recovery, rehabilitation and performance of soft tissue dysfunctions. Also, assists in maintaining general health and well being. It may involve corrective exercises, both active and passive.

Reflexology –
Is a science which deals with the principles that there are reflexes in the hands, ears, and feet relative to each and every organ; and all parts of the body. Stimulating these reflexes can improve nerve function, blood supply, and lead to homeostatis (balance). Anma (Japanese massage) is a very effective adjuvant to oriental reflexology.

Sports Massage –
Is a specific style of massage applied for muscular rehabilitation and recovery of muscular tissue to aid in athletic performance. Sports massage accelerates recovery time from athletic performance and includes pre and post event massage.

Trigger Point Therapy –
Is a body work technique aimed at reducing or removing trigger points within muscle or tissue. Trigger points are hypersensitive areas that when compressed are tender and are often related to referred pain. Trigger points are believed to be caused by physical trauma, emotional armouring, substance abuse, and birth trauma.

Accupressure –
Is a form of body work that uses pressure on acupoints to stimulate life force energy (Chi or Qi). Treating specific acupoints helps to harmonise energy flowing. Acupressure includes such techniques as cupping, magnets and moxi-bustion (mugwort).

Myofacial Release –
Is the application of sustained pressure and movement to the fasciaI system of connective tissue that helps to eliminate fascial restrictions and facilitates the emergence of emotional patterns. Myofascial Release leads to improvement in the body's structural integrity and reaches underlying or hidden information in the sub-conscious.

Lymphatic Drainage –
Is a very effective technique that helps to improve the circulation of the lymphatic system and boosts the immune system. It is a very gentle technique that helps to remove toxic waste and excess fluid from the body.
